Alert: Fraudulent AICPA email

The American of Institute of CPAs (AICPA) has become aware of a phishing email scam featuring its banner and referencing the recipient's possible involvement in an unlawful income tax refund activity. This email is not from the AICPA or from the AICPA’s database. Individuals who’ve received the email shouldn’t open it or any of its attachments or links, as the email may contain a virus.
