2011 Career Awareness Grants
The WICPA Educational Foundation, Inc. awarded Career Awareness Grants to 24 teachers who attended the fall High School Educators Symposium. A total of $35,978 was given for local projects that promote accounting as a career and involve interaction with Wisconsin CPAs.

President Barack Obama has declared April 2010 as National Financial Literacy Month. His proclamation states that our Nation's prosperity will ultimately depend on our willingness as individuals to empower ourselves and our families with financial knowledge.
